The questions we get asked most before someone books — straight answers, no sales pitch.
1. How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 4–6 weeks for a standard display. Popular weekends fill up faster — especially through summer party season and Christmas — so the earlier you call, the more choice you’ll have. If your date’s already close, call anyway; we can often still make it work.
2. Can you match our brand or event colours?
Yes. Every display is built to your palette — whether that’s an exact corporate brand colour or a “you’ll know it when you see it” vibe. Send us your branding, or just tell us the colours in your head, and we’ll match it.
3. Are your balloons eco-friendly? What happens to them afterwards?
We don’t do balloon releases. Our latex is biodegradable, we recycle thousands of balloons every year, we drive an electric van, and we even use helium reclaimed from MRI machines. Joy shouldn’t cost the earth.
4. Do you travel outside Yorkshire?
Yes. We’ve built installations across the country — including for the Rolling Stones and Tina Turner’s tours. If your venue’s further afield, just ask.
5. How much does a full room install cost?
Full room transformations are priced around your room, your colours and your venue. A single signature feature — an arch, an illuminated number — starts from £300. Either way, you’ll get a straight quote before you commit to anything.
6. Can you work within our budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget honestly and we’ll design around it, not the other way round — you’ll get suggestions that make the most of what you’ve got, not an upsell.
7. How long does setup take?
Depends on scale — a signature display might take an hour or two, a full room several hours. We always plan install and clear-away around your schedule, so everything’s done and out of the way before your guests arrive.
8. What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
In 32 years, we’ve never left a job unfinished or below brief. We build in contingency time, and we don’t leave a venue until it’s right. If anything ever did go wrong, it’s on us to fix — not you.
