Wedding Balloons with a twist
I have always believed that you should match the decor with the size of the room, so when I was asked for my ideas to transform the Red Hall at Magna in Rotherham for the grooms day of an Asian wedding I was delighted.
If you don’t know it the Red Hall is a magnificent space lit with red lights and eery sounds and needs BIG to make an impression.
I have worked with the family on many occasions so they were happy for me to design some spectacular decor.
The only criteria was it needed to incorporate gold & silver as this was the colour the groom was going to wear.
For me the space was just crying out for large 3ft balloons on the tables and as it was to be masculine we used 3ft clear balloons with large stars printed all around. This would ensure that the lights reflected off the balloon & give the occasion extra sparkle. To incorporate the gold & silver we used mini balloons at the neck of the balloon and big gold ‘puchinello’ ribbon in gold with stars cut out of it. It looked amazing and had all the families guests exclaiming ‘WoW’ when they entered the room.
